Delivery & Returns
UK DELIVERY
We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days.
Standard UK delivery is £3.00, or enjoy FREE UK delivery when you spend £35 or more.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the postal service. During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Familiar Glow order, but if you change your mind, you can return unused, unopened and unused-condition products within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the relevant return details.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Products made or personalised especially for you cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can help put things right.
